What to Expect During Your Visit
Stay on track with your child’s immunization schedule. Here is how our seamless process works:

Scheduled Visit
Please arrive at the clinic
at your scheduled appointment time.

Medical Questionnaire
Upon arrival, you will be asked to fill out a brief
health questionnaire for your child at the clinic.

NIP System Check
We verify your child’s vaccination history, eligibility,
and scheduled vaccines through the Korean National Immunization Program (NIP) database.

Initial Consultation
Our pediatrician will conduct a thorough health check to determine
if your child is in the optimal condition to receive a vaccine today.

Vaccine Preparation
Once cleared by the doctor during the initial consultation,
our medical staff will safely prepare the designated vaccine.

Vaccination Administration
You will return to the consultation room,
where the doctor will safely administer the immunization.

Pre-Vaccination Checklist
- The child should be accompanied by the parent or guardian most familiar with their current health status.
- Check your child’s temperature at home to ensure they do not have a fever before visiting the clinic.
- Please remember to bring your child’s baby book or official vaccination record.
- Bathe your child the night before and dress them in clean, comfortable clothing.
- To minimize exposure and distractions, please avoid bringing siblings who are not scheduled for a vaccination, if possible.

Post-Vaccination Clinic Guidelines
- Please remain in our waiting area for 20 to 30 minutes after the injection so we can monitor your child for any immediate adverse reactions.
- Comfort your child with hugs and gentle touches. If you are nursing, feeding your baby can help soothe them.
- Consult with the doctor before leaving about whether it is safe to administer a pain reliever, such as acetaminophen, once you return home.

At-Home Care Instructions
- Familiarize yourself with common, mild side effects that may occur after an immunization.
- Observe your child closely for at least 3 hours after returning home.
- Avoid strenuous physical activities or vigorous play on the day of the vaccination and the following day.
- Ensure your child sleeps safely on their back.
- Keep the injection site clean and dry.
- If redness, swelling, or pain occurs at the injection site, gently apply a clean, cold compress.
- Monitor your child carefully for at least 3 days. If they develop a high fever or experience convulsions, seek immediate medical attention.
